Chemistry is the study that is involved in examining the composition of various substances, the behavior of the substance, their structure, and properties. It also studies the chemical reactions, and what exactly happens to materials involved in the reaction. It deals with the physical science of atoms, molecules and other substances. |
It analyzes when matter gets aggregated and forms a substance, or when matter disintegrates due to a reaction. For example, nuclear fission and fusion are chemical reactions, and are studied by the laws of chemistry.
Alchemy, for example, is the study of chemicals and their reactions. It involves the study of complicated and simple substances.
Chemistry is divided into many branches like organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, biochemistry, physical chemistry and analytical chemistry. Each of these branches studies the various properties in that specific context of the substance.
Organic chemistry studies about the chemical reactions that take place in organic materials. In organic chemistry, study is about the chemical reactions in solid substances and durable materials that are inorganic in nature. Biochemistry is related to biology, and studies about the various chemical reactions that takes place at the molecular level inside the cells of the living organisms. Physical chemistry mainly involves the study of the physical gases and their physical properties.
Other than this, chemistry involves the study of photons, protons, nucleus, electrons and neutrons. It even analyzes the positive and negative forces of these particles. Chemical reactions takes place because of the change in temperature and chemistry analyzes the changes in natural temperatures in the environment.
