Stainless steel offers the most hygienic surface while preparing food. It is not prone to cracking or braking and also it does not get scratched easily. Once you wash it with water it regains its natural shine and sheen. Also, it is extremely attractive to look at and it is a reflective metal.
Stainless steel does not dilute when heated while cooking so it keeps the flavor of the food intact. That is why it is preferable to cook in stainless steel containers. The chromium content in the metal alloy makes it a durable material and prevents the corrosion. Even if you store water for a long time in a stainless steel container nothing much will happen to it. Stainless steel can last for more than 100 years if used with proper care. In addition, it is easy to maintain it.
