Finance is a method of lending capital to borrowers in the form of loans or money. Companies, individuals, banks, private and governmental organizations, can provide finance for investors, businesspersons or individuals. This task is allotted to a finance manager who is entrusted with allocating capital to trusted individuals. He should also make sure that the money is paid back on time. This business involves too many risks and is therefore not everyone’s cup of tea. |
A good rapport between the lender and borrower will turn out to be a win- win situation for both the parties. The lender can donate money in the form of loans at a particular fixed rate. The borrower can use this instant money to finance his real estates, business or residential properties. The amount of finance given depends on the property’s market value and how much profit it would fetch in the future. In terms of finances for business purposes, the lender will look into the amount of risks involved before agreeing to give loans.
Finance obtained from banks requires numerous paperwork and procedures. The time taken for processing the loan and approving the transaction can last for months. Banks also look into the borrower’s credit card history. Any types of bankruptcies will lead to immediate rejection. Individuals or private firms on the other hand are slightly flexible. The borrower can negotiate the rates and get the capital at a faster rate. A few lenders do not look onto the credit history either. Friends, family members and colleagues can finance money to the borrower making the deal more personal and friendly.
