People are prone to heart diseases because of their lifestyle, obesity and habits like smoking and drinking. Such habits in men and women are directly increasing the rate of heart risks. Heart diseases are also promoted by obesity. Eating unhealthy food all the time leads to obesity and is one of the causes of heart attack in adults and children. Heart risks statistics are also increasing among children, and one of the main causes for it is obesity and sedentary lifestyle. Children lead bad lifestyles. Male pattern baldness, hair appearing in the ear canals and creases earlobes are signs of heart diseases in white males. Even genes can be the cause of increased risk of heart diseases. Clinical depression can also increase the risk of heart diseases. Also, people who lead lethargic lifestyles are prone to heart diseases. Heart needs constant work and one can make it work only through exercise. Men and women should get a yearly check on their blood pressure regularly.
